J.F. Lawrence was a Ph.D., Stanford Professor, and an Entrepreneur before he started writing science fiction. He first started writing science fiction in 2018, when he became sick with a chronic illness. Thanks to the miracle of modern medicine and pharmaceutical drugs, Lawrence is able to bring us books like Day After infinity and Sam Butler and the Escape to Wolf Cave.
Lawrence identifies with all of his characters, both good and bad. There are pieces of hero and villain in all of us playing tug of war on a daily basis. His goal is to see more light than dark each day. From experience, Lawrence knows that some days that is easier said than done.
